2. Products and Orders
Product Descriptions:
We make every effort to display our products accurately, including colors and sizing. However, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display will be accurate. All products are custom embroidered apparel, and slight variations may occur between items.
Order Acceptance:
Your order is an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order for any reason. If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, we will issue a full refund.
Pricing:
All prices are listed in US dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. Prices do not include shipping costs or applicable taxes, which will be calculated at checkout.
3. Payment Terms
We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods as displayed at checkout. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By placing an order, you represent that:
• You are authorized to use the payment method provided
• The billing information you provide is accurate
• You authorize us to charge the total amount to your payment method
4. Shipping and Delivery
Processing Time:
As our products are custom embroidered, please allow 5-10 business days for order processing before shipment. During peak seasons or sales, processing times may be longer.
Shipping:
We ship to the United States and select international destinations. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees.
Risk of Loss:
Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or damaged by the carrier after shipment.
5. Returns and Refunds
Custom Products:
Due to the custom nature of our embroidered products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.
Defective or Damaged Items:
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us at orders@blakcurtains.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will provide a replacement or refund at our discretion.
Wrong Item Received:
If you receive the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for the correct item to be sent at no additional cost.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, designs, and embroidery patterns, is the property of Blak Curtains and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, display, or create derivative works from any content on this website without our express written permission.
