30-Day Return Window
We want you to love your Blak Curtains piece. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
∙ Unworn and unwashed
∙ In original condition with all tags attached
∙ In original packaging
Return Process
1. Contact us at blakcurtains@outlook.com within 30 days of delivery
2. Include your order number and reason for return
3. We will provide return instructions and shipping address
4. Ship the item back at your expense using a trackable shipping method
5. Once received and inspected, store credit will be issued within 5-7 business days
Store Credit
All approved returns are issued as store credit only. Store credit never expires and can be applied to any future purchase.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Blak Curtains is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.
Final Sale Items – No Returns
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
∙ 1 of 1s – One-of-a-kind pieces are final sale
∙ Rare Creations – Limited edition rare pieces are final sale
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will make it right.
